The Rector of the International University of Sarajevo (IUS), Prof. Dr. Ali Osman Kuşakcı, and the Vice-Rector for General Affairs, Assoc. Prof. Muhammed Yasir Göz, paid a courtesy visit to the Head of the Turkish Military Representation Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Tnk.Kur.Alb. Mustafa Çetin ÇELİK.
During the meeting, the IUS delegation shared information about recent activities organized at the University, as well as the latest academic achievements and institutional developments of IUS. The visit also provided an opportunity to exchange views on the importance of continued cooperation, communication, and mutual support between institutions that contribute to strengthening the longstanding ties between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Türkiye.
As part of the visit, Prof. Dr. Kuşakcı presented Tnk.Kur.Alb. Mustafa Çetin ÇELİK with a special artwork prepared by IUS, depicting the historical development of Sarajevo and Ilidža. The artwork symbolizes the rich cultural and historical heritage of the area in which IUS is located, as well as the University’s commitment to preserving and promoting the shared values of education, culture, and cooperation.
