At the International University of Sarajevo, on Monday, October 01, 2012, representatives of the International Organization of Students called AIESEC presented their work to IUS students.
At the AIESEC stand many students of IUS have gathered particularly interested in student exchange through this organization. The goal of this promotion is to register new members of AIESEC.
AIESEC is the largest international, apolitical, independent and nonprofit organization of students. The organization is completely run by the students and graduates of higher education institutions interested in global issues, leadership and management.
Their international platform enables the young people in discovering and developing potentials in order to become leaders and have positive influence to society.
AIESEC platform consists of various possibilities through which an individual is creating his/her own AIESEC experience such as:
Work and professional development through internships abroad by which members of AIESEC gain practical experience as well as management and leadership skills • Participation in conferences which enable practices of leadership, various trainings and development of network of contacts.
AIESEC is present in more than 110 countries of the world with over 60.000 active members. The beginning of its work started in 1953 and next year it shall celebrate 60 years of existence.
The vision of AIESEC is peace and fulfillment of human potential.
