The International University of Sarajevo (IUS) has signed a cooperation agreement with Hamilik Okulu, creating a framework for future collaboration in areas related to student development, professional awareness, mentorship and socially responsible education.
The agreement was signed on behalf of IUS by Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Osman Kuşakcı, while Hamilik Okulu was represented by Co-founder and Deputy Chairman Dr. Ahmet Albayrak.
Hamilik Okulu is a two-year development program for university students. Through seminars, mentoring and direct interaction with experienced professionals, the program seeks to help students better understand their future professions while developing ethical awareness, personal responsibility and a stronger sense of purpose.
Its activities include professional-awareness seminars, self-discovery and personal-development sessions, as well as modules covering entrepreneurship, finance, marketing and emerging business trends. The program is delivered primarily through interactive seminars led by professionals working in middle and senior management positions at leading companies.
The cooperation is expected to support initiatives that connect academic education with mentorship, professional practice, ethical leadership and personal development.
Through this agreement, IUS continues to strengthen its cooperation with organizations that create meaningful learning opportunities beyond the classroom and help students prepare for their future academic, professional and social roles.
