The IUS Basketball Club “IUS Wolves” successfully organized its traditional Blood Donation Days in December, once again demonstrating the strong sense of social responsibility and solidarity within the community of the International University of Sarajevo (IUS).
This humanitarian initiative brought together a large number of IUS students and staff members, all united by a common goal - to help those in need and save lives through blood donation. The event highlighted the importance of civic engagement and reminded participants of how small individual actions can make a meaningful difference in society.
Through this activity, the IUS Wolves continue to promote values of empathy, responsibility, and community service, encouraging students to actively contribute beyond the classroom and sports arena. The strong turnout and positive atmosphere reflected the university’s ongoing commitment to supporting initiatives that benefit the wider community.
