On Wednesday, 4th of April 2015, the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) hosted the representatives of the American Embassy to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mrs. Ubah Khasimuddin, Office Management Specialist for the Regional Security Office and Elizabeta Delalić, Expert Advisor for Culture and Education. After a friendly welcome and an meeting with the Rector, Prof. Dr. Yücel Oğurlu, Deans and Directors of IUS Centers, as well as heads of other departments of the University, Mrs. Ubah Khasimuddin gave a lecture on the topic "Customer service".
Khasimuddin drew attention to a very important branch of marketing and business, which is a customer service. She shared with attendees numerous tips and experiences acquired in many years of experience in this field. The experience she gained in the field of human resources throughout the world helps her in her current work in the embassy. "Good service is good business," said Mrs. Ubbah at the end of the lecture. The series of questions followed soon after the lecture with discussion about experiences in Bosnia and Herzegovina when it comes to customer service.
