IUS Psychology Teaching Assistant Iman Ehnech-Seran Presents Research at International Congress

Iman Ehnech-Seran, Teaching Assistant from the IUS Psychology (PSY) study program, participated in the 17th International Congress on Psychopharmacology, held from April 15 to 18, 2026, in Antalya, Türkiye.

At this prestigious international scientific congress, she presented her research as an oral presenter. Her study, titled “VR-Based Intervention for Problematic TikTok Use in University Students: Effects on Metacognition and Psychological Symptoms,” was conducted in collaboration with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pınar Ünal-Aydın and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Orkun Aydın from the IUS Faculty of Medical Sciences (FMS).

During the four-day congress, she also attended a wide range of keynote lectures, symposia, and panel discussions delivered by internationally renowned experts. These sessions addressed current developments in psychopharmacology, neurobiological mechanisms of mental disorders, and evidence-based clinical approaches, offering participants valuable insight into contemporary scientific trends and innovations in the field.
