On February 26, 2025, the launch of IUS Edebiyat, the first student journal at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS), was celebrated at the Yunus Emre Institute Sarajevo. The event brought together esteemed guests, including the Mayor of Gebze, Mr. Zinnur Büyükgöz; the President of the Foundation for Education Development Sarajevo, Mr. Hasan Topaloğlu; IUS Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldırım; Vice-Rector for General Affairs, Mr. Muhammed Yasir Göz; and the Director of the Yunus Emre Institute Sarajevo, Mr. Mehmet Akif Yaman, alongside professors, students, and other distinguished attendees.
In his address, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldırım expressed his pride in this significant achievement and congratulated the team behind the journal, wishing them success in future editions. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nurcan Ankay Kardaş also shared her gratitude for being part of this inspiring initiative.
