IUS organized a workshop for its academic staff as a part of its internal quality assurance activities. The workshop lasted for two days (June18/19) and allowed IUS to do a strategic analysis of its environment in a wider context, to discuss its vision, mission and academic staff perspectives on future prospects. Furthermore, this workshop was used to discuss strong and weak points of IUS and to formulate proposals to overcome weak points and utilize strong ones.
The workshop was attended by a large number of IUS academic staff and the results are collected, processed and will be used by IUS management for the analysis of its strategy and definition of further activities and actions.
