Professor Mustafa Fadil Yildirim PhD, full professor in Civil Law scientific area at Faculty of Law of Gazi University, Ankara, Republic of Turkey visited International University of Sarajevo and the Faculty of Law on Thursday, the 28th of April 2016.
The goal of this visit was to make acquaintance with professors and students of the Faculty of Law and start a sucessful cooperation with Faculty of Law of the renown Gazi University.
Professor Yildirim was welcomed by the Rector of IUS, prof. dr Yücel Oğurlu alongside the Acting Dean of Faculty of Law, Assoc. Prof. Dr Ibrahim Dursun and Vice-rector for General Affairs, Assist. Prof. Dr Muhamed Ali. Professor Oğurlu presented the guests the work of the International University of Sarajevo, as well as plans for further growth and development of the Faculty of Law. After the reception in the Rectorate, guests continued the visit at the Faculty of Law, where they were expected by the professors and students. A welcoming reception followed in the Dean’s Office, during which the esteemed guest was made familiar with the Study Plan and Program of the Faculty of Law and experiences were exchanged wıth the purpose of achieving the best comparative teaching results.
At the end of the visit, an hour of meet-and-greet was organized with students of Faculty of Law.
