Member of the Executive Board of the Foundation for Education Development Sarajevo Mr. Alija Rizvanbegović; state Minister of Human Rights and Refugees Mr. Safet Halilović, Ambassador of Malaysia in Bosnia and Herzegovina H. E. Adnan Zulkifli, deputy Ambassador of Egypt Ittija Abu El Naga, mayor of Ilidža Mr. Amer Čenanović, were just some of the high profile public figures that participated in the iftar organised by the IUS Rector, Prof. Dr. B. Gültekin Çetiner.
The iftar was organized on Saturday, September 19th 2009, at the IUS and hosted around 60 partners and friends of International University of Sarajevo. The iftar proved to be an excellent opportunity for everyone to meet in relaxed atmosphere and discuss about future partnerships.
In the festive mood of the upcoming Eid ul-Fitr, IUS Rector Prof. Dr. Çetiner used this iftar as an opportunity to wish everyone present Eid Mubarak and expressed his wish for the continuation of successful cooperation and friendship.
Guests at iftar also included the deans and professors of the other, both state and private, universities in our country.
