International Relations Office of the International University of Sarajevo organized an Orientation meeting for the Erasmus+ incoming students in the spring semester of 21/22 AY. IUS is proud to host 22 exchange students this semester who come from partner universities from France, Spain, Turkey, and Poland.
The aim of the meeting was to provide the incoming students with the necessary instructions and information for their stay at IUS. IRO staff presented detailed information about the University, gave the students instructions on completing the necessary exchange documentation as well as guidelines for course registration. Moreover, the students were informed of the residence permit/ visa requirements during their stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In addition to the academic aspects of their Erasmus+ exchange, the students heard about the opportunity to engage in extracurricular activities through the Erasmus Student Network whose representative outlined the benefits of ESN membership.
At the end of the meeting, the students were given a campus tour in order to get acquainted with the IUS facilities.
