On October 28th, 2016, IUS Representatives were welcomed by HE Ambassador Cihad Erginay on the occasion of the 93rd Anniversary of the establishment of Republic of Turkey, known as Turkish National Day. Republic of Turkey celebrates 93 years since Turkey officially became a republic and to mark this occasion, people across the country came together to enjoy parades, speeches, and poetry readings, waving the country’s flag high. On the behalf of IUS were invited: Rector Prof. Dr. Tahsin Erkan Türe, Vice-Rector Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Gürsel, and many other IUS professors. HE Ambassador Cihad Erginay gave a speech and introduced all guests about the history of celebrating this day.
We are proud of IUS participation in this occasion and that HE Ambassador Cihad Erginay is well introduced with the work and activities of IUS.
