On Thursday, April 4th 2013, Rector of the International University of Sarajevo (IUS), Prof. Dr. Özer Çınar, accompanied by the Coordinator for International Relations at IUS, Prof. Dr. Mesut Idriz, visited the Ambassador of Brazil in Sarajevo, H.E. Mr. Jose A. Lindgren Alves.
Rector Çınar and Prof. Dr. Mesut Idriz briefed the Ambassador on the ongoing developments, current plans and activities at IUS.
The collaborations between Brazilian universities and IUS, especially San Paulo University, was cordially discussed and agreed.
Besides the points of collaboration, Rector Çınar and Prof. Dr. Mesut Idriz invited scholars and academics of Brazil to take part in the upcoming conferences organized and co-organized by IUS.
Rector Cınar also invited the Embassy's Minister-Consular Ms. Rujiza Mara Anreyevich and its staff to take part in the upcoming International Spring Festival 2013 organized by IUS.
