We are proud to share that two of our IUS Faculty of Law (FLW) students and Youth Democracy Club members, Fatma Nur Ekmekçi and Ayça Alara Öner, represented IUS at the 9th Rencontres Européennes de la Participation in Strasbourg, France, organized by Décider Ensemble.
As part of their engagement, they collaborated with the Student Network on Future Democracy to organize an insightful workshop on conflict resolution, focusing on the Russia-Ukraine War. The session provided a platform for participants to explore the complexities of negotiation processes, the challenges of reaching mutual agreements, and the crucial role of diplomacy in global crises.
Their contribution to this international event highlights the commitment of IUS students to fostering dialogue, critical thinking, and innovative solutions for pressing global issues.
