IUS Annual Business Plan Competition

IUS Leadership and Entrepreneurship Center (LEC) in cooperation with BBI Bank and Sarajevo Business Forum (SBF) has organized a business plan competition, for the second consecutive year, for all IUS students who were interested in participating in SBF. Final day of competition was on 28^th of April 2016. The aim of this project was not pure competiton, but rather a learning process that will tomorrow result in at least one enterprise that will be able to survive and employ people. IUS Business Plan Competition represents the comprehensive platform that assists to student entrepreneurs and their teams in developing and launching their businesses. Further, this competition provides the network for brainstorming, feedback and future business opportunities. All participants had to pass through one round before final presentation. Committee Members were: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hasan Korkut (Chairman), Ms. Azra Colic, (Representative of BBI Bank), Prof. Dr. Fuat Gurcan, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhidin Mulalic, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Dursun and Assist. Prof. Dr. Ramo Palalic

The audience was welcomed by IUS Vice-Rector Assist. Prof. Dr. Muhamed Ali, who emphasized the importance of such event and provided support for its further development. The rankings at the end of competition are:

 1^st place - Ms. Arnela Đilović and Mr. Omer Ahmetagic (Business Plan Parica)

2^nd place - Ms. Ajla Cengic, Ms. Sara Corbo, and Ms. Ajsa Pusilo (Business Plan Bellus)

3^rd place - Ms. Nina Mucibabic and Mr. Samir Husak (Business Plan High Yield Farm – Emerald)

4^th place - Mr. Said Cosic, Mr. Benjamin Djug, and Mr. Dino Mehmedagic (Business Plan Bjelasnica Travel)

5^th place -Mr. Amar Bajramovic (Business Plan Trnovac)
