The 16th annual Architecture Students Congress ASK 2018 this year was held between April 25th and April 29th in Banja Luka, Bosina & Herzegovina. As in the previous years, IUS students and mentors took part of this annual event important to all of them.
The topic of the congress was “Game” and a large number of universities from all former Yugoslav republics were engaged in this great event including Maribor, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Split, Mostar, Novi Sad, Belgrade, Skopje, Nis, Novi Pazar, Podgorica, Pristina, Kosovska Mitrovica, Banja Luka and two from Sarajevo. More than 220 students had the opportunity to attend lectures of renowned architects, visit architectural tours under professional guidance, present their projects on the given topic and take part in three different workshops.
A selected group of students from IUS Architecture Program, mentored by Assitat Professor Leila Krivosic Dizdarevic, participated in the Congress.
Students that participated in this year’s Congers are: Lana Smjecanin, Iris Pasic, Ahmet Yazici, Mustafa Ulug Sahin, Amer Halilovic, Osman Unal Yurtsever and Enes Tekin.
