Director of the Turkish Cultural Center "Yunus Emre", Akif Yaman visited the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) with his associates on Friday, June 12, 2015. IUS Rector, Prof. Dr. Yücel Oğurlu welcomed distinguished guests in his office. The aim of the visit of representatives of Turkish Cultural Center "Yunus Emre” was the books donation for IUS library. '' Donated books cover different areas ranging from university/course books, dictionaries, history books to fiction. We want to enrich the library with Turkish titles, and allow young people who are learning Turkish language to find the books at IUS '' - said Akif Yaman. Rector Oğurlu sincerely thanked Director Yaman for the donation saying that these books will certainly enrich the IUS library fund that currently has more than one million titles. 326 books, mostly written in Turkish were donated to IUS library.
