Minister of Trade of Republic of Turkey Mr. Mehmet Muş paid a visit to the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. He was accompanied by the delegation of Foreign Economic Relations Board of Republic of Turkey (DEIK). DEIK organizes and manages foreign economic relations of the Turkish private sector notably in the area of foreign trade, international investments, services, contracting and logistics.
The President of the Foundation for Education Development Sarajevo (SEDEF) and the President of DEIK BiH Mr. Hasan Topaloğlu hosted a meeting held at IUS which was attended by the Turkish Minister of Trade Mr. Muş, the Turkish Ambassador Mr. Sadık Babür Girgin, IUS Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldırım and other distinguished guests from the Turkish business world. The main topic of the meeting was establishing regional partnerships, boosting investments and building bridges in business.
The Minister, the Ambassador and the guests also visited the IUS Research and Development Center (RDC) as well as Sedef Media Center and got acquainted with the possibilities these two centers have to offer. In the end, the Minister received an IUS token of appreciation and exchanged good wishes for future cooperation.
