On Tuesday, December 2, 2025, the Faculty of Business and Administration (FBA) organized a guest lecture for Marketing students featuring Samir Jusufović MSc, the founder of EtnoDesign.se. The session focused on understanding the 4Ps of marketing through the example of his entrepreneurial venture, which includes selling Bosnian-made rugs as well as other internationally sourced products to customers worldwide.
Mr Jusufović walked students through the process of turning an idea into a marketable product, explaining how early market research helped him understand customer needs and refine the value his products offer. He described how pricing choices shape how a brand is perceived, and how online selling and the practicalities of delivering products across borders influence where and how customers can access them. As he spoke about coordinating with suppliers and choosing the most effective channels to reach his audience, he showed how these decisions work together to form a coherent marketing strategy and support the growth of his brand.
After the lecture students engaged with questions and expressed interest in the practical aspects of building and managing an international small business. They appreciated the opportunity to learn directly from an entrepreneur who brings products from Bosnia and abroad to global markets.
