The January 2024 Webometrics Report once again ranks the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) as the best private university in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This report underscores the University's commitment to pursuing excellence in higher education.
IUS has consistently held a prominent position on this prestigious portal, and in January 2024, it secured the 3849th position. This achievement is the outcome of the continuous collaborative efforts of the IUS Management, led by Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldırım, and its dedicated academic and administrative staff.
Webometrics is the largest global university ranking portal, providing reports based on independent, objective, and freely accessible information. The report evaluates 31,000 universities worldwide, ranking them based on indicators such as web presence and social impact. The ranking criteria include Visibility (Web Contents Impact), Transparency (Openness), and Excellence (Scholar - Top Cited Papers).
