On Saturday, April 20, 2024, the English Language and Literature (ELIT) and English Language and Literature, Teaching (ELT) study programs at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) welcomed eager senior high school students to their annual WORDY Scholarship Event.
At its core, the WORDY Scholarship Event gives students a 10% boost on top of the scholarship they earned from the IUS scholarship test. This helps pursuing English studies at our university more affordable and accessible.
Beyond the monetary benefits, attending the WORDY Scholarship Event affords prospective students a firsthand glimpse into the academic landscape of our university.
During the program, students had the opportunity to meet the ELIT and ELT academic staff, take a tour around the campus, attend workshops with professors, and listen to current ELIT and ELT students share their experiences.
