Workshop titled “Bosnia StartUp Cup 12” was held at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) on Wednesday, September 30, 2015. This Workshop was organized with support of the Leadership and Entrepreneurship Center of IUS (LEC). Lecturers at the Workshop were: Coordinator of the Management study Program, Assist. Prof. Dr. Senad Bušatlić, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ognjen Riđić, Director of Gillani International Ltd. in Goražde, Lejla Hrelja and CEO of Gillani Consulting Group and Gillani International Ltd. Goražde, Syed Kamal. The focus of the Workshop was on entrepreneurship and business models that include 'pitch coaching' while using all the necessary tools to speed up certain market strategies.
Bosnia StartUp Cup 12 is presented as a seven-month intensive business model. Its main objective is training the participants and acquiring new knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs may get a new business model or expand an existing one within small and medium enterprises. The role of the mentor on this project is to train people who have ideas so that they will be able to cope with all the necessary tasks and timely start their own businesses.
