On Friday, January 17, 2025, the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) signed a significant agreement with Arti-Analytics BH to establish a joint Artificial Intelligence (AI) laboratory. The agreement was signed by IUS Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldırım, and Arti-Analytics BH Director, Prof. Dr. Migdat Hodžić.
This collaboration aims to foster cutting-edge research by engaging IUS academic staff and students in AI-related fields. The partnership will provide mentoring and sponsorship opportunities for BA, MA, and PhD students, covering activities such as data collection, analysis, model development, and experimentation.
Additionally, IUS will have the opportunity to test and integrate Arti-Analytics BH's AI solutions, including platforms for cybersecurity and other technologies relevant to education. Both parties also plan to collaborate on research and development projects funded by the EU or other organizations.
Arti-Analytics BH has committed to supporting the initiative by equipping the laboratory with state-of-the-art equipment, which will be used for both research and educational purposes.
This partnership marks an exciting step forward in advancing AI innovation and education at IUS.
