IUS Balkan Studies Center Volume

The Balkan Studies Center (BSC) at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) has announced the publication of "Shifting Paradigms: Three Decades after the Signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement", a new academic volume scheduled to be released by Palgrave Macmillan, a globally respected publisher.

The project, coordinated by Assistant Professor Dr. Hamza Preljević, examines Bosnia and Herzegovina’s political, social, and institutional development since the Dayton Peace Agreement of 1995. Dr. Preljević led the project from concept to publication, with support from editorial board members Muhidin Mulalić, Emir Hadžikadunić, and Mustafa Krupalija.

The volume brings together the work of a diverse and accomplished group of scholars:   Roberto Belloni, Aleksandra Zdeb, Tajma Kapić, Ena Kazić, Hikmet Karčić, Mustafa Dedović, Jasmin Hasanović, Damir Kapidžić, Maja Sahadžić, Lejla Balić, Faris Kočan, Ana Bojinović Fenko, Jure Pozgan, Sead Turčalo, Mirza Ljubović, Haris Gekić, Nidžara Ahmetašević, Gorana Mlinarević, Jahja Muhasilović, Nedžama Džananović, Agata Domachowska, Jasmin Ahić, Kenan Hodžić, Chiara Milan, and Aida Kapetanović.

Their contributions offer a rich and multifaceted view of the challenges and shifts Bosnia and Herzegovina has experienced over the last thirty years.
