Center for Advanced Technologies (CNT) Delegation Visits IUS

Representatives of the Center for Advanced Technologies (CNT) paid an official visit to the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) today to explore and further define new opportunities for institutional and inter-institutional cooperation.

The CNT delegation included Mr. Ensar Mulaosmanović, Director of CNT, and Mr. Sead Hodžić, Lead Researcher for Design and Engineering. On behalf of IUS, the guests were welcomed by Prof. Altijana Hromić-Jahjefendić, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences (FENS), Prof. Tarik Namas, Vice-Rector for Academic Activities and Students’ Affairs, and Mr. Muhamed Bisić, Senior Teaching Assistant at FENS.

The meeting focused on strengthening the existing partnership between CNT and IUS, formalized through a previously signed cooperation agreement. Building on this foundation, both sides discussed concrete next steps and identified priority areas for collaboration.

Particular emphasis was placed on joint research projects, knowledge transfer, and applied, project-based cooperation in the fields of engineering and natural sciences. The discussion reflected a shared commitment to fostering innovation, strengthening academic–industry links, and creating meaningful opportunities for students and researchers through joint initiatives.

This visit marks an important step toward deepening cooperation between CNT and IUS and sets a clear direction for future joint work.
