On Friday, April 11th, 2014, the President of the Foundation for Education Development Sarajevo at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS), Hasan Topaloğlu and Mayor of the lidža Municipality, Prof. Dr. Senaid Memić, signed an agreement on transfer of completed works for the first phase of the soccer field of SC Igman.
By this protocol, Ilidža Municipality has defined an obligation for IUS as investor of this project. On the land owned by the Ilidža Municipality IUS will be built a new soccer field as well as the seats’ stand. The soccer field is located on the campus of IUS. The construction on athletic track with eight lanes as well as other supporting facilities will be continued very soon.
In this way, IUS will be able to rearrange the existing soccer field, in accordance with the plan for future construction and expansion of the IUS Campus.
