Several hundreds of guests from all over the world gathered today, June 23, 2011 for the 9th International Congress on Knowledge, Economy and Management that is being held at the International University of Sarajevo Campus in Ilidza.
The Congress was opened by the IUS Rector Prof. Dr. Hilmi Ünlü, Assoc. Prof. Ibrahim Guran Yumuşak, General Secretary of the Congress, Assoc. Prof. Zeki Parlak, Dean of the IUS Faculty of Business and Administration, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Incekara, chairman of the Economic Research Foundation, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aykaҫ, Rector of the Kirklareli University and Prof. Dr. Niyazi Eruslu, Rector of the Yalova University.
The Keynote lecture was given by Prof. Dr. Nick Salvatore from the Cornell University on the topic of "The United States in 21st Century: Changing Conditions at Home and Abroad".
