On April 29, 2025, Dr. Grzegorz Adam Skrobotowicz, a distinguished faculty member from the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Lublin, delivered a public lecture within the Faculty of Law Public Lectures series, entitled "Mediation – Is It Worth Trying a Consensual Solution in Criminal Cases?"
In this thought-provoking and well-articulated presentation, Dr. Skrobotowicz introduced students to the principles of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) within the context of criminal law. He explored the theoretical underpinnings of restorative justice and emphasized the potential of mediation as an effective and meaningful approach to resolving criminal matters.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Dr. Skrobotowicz for his valuable contribution and wish him continued success in his scholarly work on this significant subject.
