Last weekend’s Winter Cup Tournament brought together seven enthusiastic teams for an action-packed competition! The matches were full of energy, passion, and determination, creating an atmosphere that felt just like a professional championship. Every player gave their best, and each game delivered intensity, emotion, and excitement from start to finish.
The teams were divided into two groups, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the semi-finals.
In the first semi-final, “Ljuta Korsa” faced “Ljuti Krajišnici” in one of the most electrifying matches of the tournament. The crowd followed every moment with excitement, cheering loudly for their favorites. After a fierce battle, “Ljuti Krajišnici” stayed focused and secured their place in the finals with a 2:0 victory.
The second semi-final brought together “Odbojkašice” and “Ribari.” After taking an early 1:0 lead and dominating most of the second set, it seemed certain that “Ribari” would advance. However, with impressive teamwork and resilience, “Odbojkašice” staged a remarkable comeback to win the match and claim the second spot in the finals.
The highly anticipated final featured “Ljuti Krajišnici” and “Odbojkašice.” Although “Odbojkašice” had won their group-stage match against “Ljuti Krajišnici,” the final had a different outcome. With unwavering focus and determination, “Ljuti Krajišnici” triumphed 2:0 to win first place in the tournament!
“Odbojkašice” took second place, while “Ljuta Korsa” and “Ribari” shared third place.
