From the history of the Moroccan flag to the role of artificial intelligence in language learning, a wide range of topics came to life in Bosnian as IUS Life learners completed their A2.1 course. Their final presentations marked an important step in developing both their language skills and their confidence in expressing ideas.
As part of the final assessment, learners selected their own topics, combining newly acquired vocabulary and knowledge with creativity and personal interests. Presentations explored the work of renowned architect Zaha Hadid, the joy of travelling, the importance of bees in our ecosystem, the Sarajevo Winter Olympics, life in Naples, workplace communication and the Fenerbahçe sports club, among other subjects.
The variety of presentations showed how language learning can become a meaningful way to share experiences, explore different cultures and connect with others. By speaking about subjects that mattered to them, learners demonstrated their progress in using Bosnian to communicate ideas beyond everyday classroom exercises.
Their learning journey will continue with level A2.2, which begins on November 12, 2026. The next course offers an opportunity to build on this foundation and further develop their ability to communicate in Bosnian.
IUS Life extends a special thank-you to Prof. Alma Genjac-Nakičević for her continued collaboration, dedication and valuable contribution to promoting the Bosnian language and culture.
Congratulations to all learners on completing this stage of their studies. We look forward to celebrating their continued progress!
