Sarajevo, December 29th2009
On December 29th 2009, IUS Rector Prof. Dr. B. Gültekin Çetiner met with Prof. Dr. Temel Kotil, Head of the Turkish Airlines. Rector Çetiner shared with Dr. Kotil the role of International University of Sarajevo as one of the major stakeholders of Turkish Airlines in Bosnia and Hercegovina with large number of students and their relatives coming from Turkey.
IUS Rector and Prof. Dr. Kotil discussed and shared on a map of large networks of Turkish Airlines’ flights, certain strategic plans and future collaboration. Having worked together in the past as the faculty staff at the Faculty of Aeronautical and Astonautical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, Rector Çetiner invited Prof. Kotil to give a public lecture at IUS with an aim of sharing with the IUS community vast experience of one of the most successfull CEO’s in the world.
