Within the Renewable Energy Technology (ME 411) course taught at the Mechanical Engineering study program at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS), a group of students led by course professor Assistant Professor Dr. Ismar Alagić visited Tamex, Busovača.
On this occasion, the students were introduced to the operation of a 2 MW solar power plant with all the accompanying infrastructure for the production and distribution of electricity produced from renewable energy sources. The guests were welcomed by Mr. Zikret Ibreljić, Deputy Managing Director with his associates.
The guests were also introduced to the production program of the Tamex company and had an insight into the production process, following the flow of materials from the input of raw materials to the output of the finished product. This is another example of the cooperation that IUS develops with companies from the industry that meet the stringent requirements of the European Union market.
