On April 2, 2024, the Faculty of Business and Administration (FBA) hosted Mrs. Ilma Neimarlija Hadžić Talent Acquisition Specialist at Becky.works.
Mrs. Neimarlija Hadžić was a guest lecturer a part of MAN302 Human Resource Management held by Dr. Emil Knezović. The students had a chance to learn about challenges of managing multiple requisitions, deadlines, and candidate pipelines. Moreover, the discussion on interpersonal dynamics involved in building relationships with candidates persuasive techniques recruiters use to attract top talent and sell job opportunities were discussed.
Finally, an interview simulation took place where students showcased their skills and experiences while the recruiter evaluated their suitability for the role. Through probing questions and active listening, the recruiter assessed candidates' capabilities and cultural fit, fostering a dynamic exchange that simulated a real-world interview scenario.
The lecture wrapped up with a captivating Q&A segment, allowing students to further explore the topic and engage in enlightening conversations.
