The Rector of Suleyman Demirel University from Isparta, Turkiye, Prof. Dr. İlker Hüseyin Çarikçi paid a visit to the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) on Thursday, June 23, 2022. He was welcomed by the IUS Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldırım and acting International Relations Office Manager, Mr. Mugdim Alihodžić.
The aim of the visit was to enhance the cooperation in the area of higher education and research, notably in the segment of student exchange, visiting scholars and research collaboration. By establishing closer ties, the participating Institutions aim to strengthen the international cooperation and enrich the process of university education.
After the meeting, guests were taken on a tour around the IUS campus where they had an opportunity to visit Sedef Media Center, IUS counselling center and Visual Arts and Visual Communications Design (VACD) studio.
