"Turkey in the 21st century" panel held at IUS

With an aim to discuss the challenges Turkey faces, IUS organized panel "Turkey in the 21st century" that took place on Friday, June 4, 2010 at 16.00 in the Amphitheater on the ground floor. The language of the panel was Turkish. The Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Gunes gave an opening address.

Chairman of the panel was Prof. Dr. Ali Fuat Bilkan, the president of the Yunus Emre Institute from Turkey, while the speakers included Mr. Naci Agbal (advisor in the Turkish Ministry of Finances), Mr. Ahmet Kahraman (advisor in the Turkish Ministry of Justice), Mr. Ali Boga (advisory in the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Trade), Mr. Yalcin Ekmekci (advisor in the Turkish Ministry of Health) and Mr. Mehmet Kilci (Turkish Ministry of Finances, Head of Department).
