On Thursday, Feb. 16, 2018, the student of Faculty of Business and Administration (FBA) Šadi Fadda defended his doctoral dissertation titled: Nonparametric Approaches In Index Option Pricing. The thesis was conducted under the mentorship of Professor Emeritus Dr. Mehmet Can.
The defense started at 2 p.m. at the IUS Main Amphitheater in presence of the committee members, a number of FBA students and staff, and other guests. Šadi Fadda successfully defended his doctoral dissertation and as a result was conferred the title of Doctor of Economics.
IUS congratulates Dr. Šadi Fadda and wishes him lots of success in academic and scholarly endeavors in the future.
