''Two words that make up the term "strategic management" process that can explain the essence of the process: formulation and implementation.  Strategy formulation consists of developing a strategic plan (vision, mission, goals, strategies and objectives) that will enable IUS to be much more effective in the long term. Please note, however, that all strategic plans must be broken down into yearly, operational plans before they can be implemented. The end product of the strategic planning phase is an integrative yet flexible plan, but this is where the strategy implementation phase starts.'' - said Prof. Dr. Rafik Beekun.
