Meeting with students from Macedonia

In the company of their professor, more than twenty female students from the dormitory ''Ansar Vakifi'' in Skopje (Macedonia) visited the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) on Friday, November 13, 2015. Vice Rector of IUS, Assist. Prof. Dr. Muhamed Ali and Prof. Dr. Mesut Idriz from Social and Political Sciences Program of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) welcomed distinguished guest in the Senate room. During the meeting, Vice Rector Ali briefly talked about the University and presented plans to expand its capacity, number of students, significant study programs at IUS, and stressed the importance of including IUS in Erasmus+ program and the benefits it brings to students, professors, and the internationalization of the institution. Students who live in the women's dorm ''Ansar Vakifi'' are studying at different universities and colleges in Skopje. This visit was an opportunity to get more information about the possibilities of studying at IUS, especially the master studies. After the reception the students went for a sightseeing tour of the University campus.
