IUS students visited Prime Minister of Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan

Adisa Šabotić, Ajša Bunjo, Nedžla Greda, Halid Kasapović and Ibrahim Abdibegović who are Representatives of Entrepreneurship Club of International University of Sarajevo spent six days in Republic of Turkey, from 19th to 24th of May. They attended program "Turkey-Balkans: Youth Bridge", which was held under the patronage of Prime Minister’s office for Public Diplomacy. Aim of the Program was to gather youth from Balkans in many different areas in project implementation, connecting with relevant student associations from Balkans, and improving in the field of diplomacy.

On behalf of youth program related to Prime minister’s coordination, 40 young people from different ethnic groups and majorities were welcomed in Istanbul and Ankara where they many different types of presentations, visiting historical places and meetings with many people and associations.

Beside five representatives from Bosnia and Herzegovina, 30 more students from Albania, Macedonia, Kosovo and Bulgaria participated in this Program. Soon upon completion of the Program, participants visited Great National Assembly of Turkey, Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities and Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey. Later they visited Presidency of Religious Affairs, Ottoman Archive, Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency, TRT Avaz where they had a chance to participate in live program. They also had short meeting with Prime Minister of Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan. After visiting Parliament, and meeting with Minister for Youth and Sport, Aquifer Cagatay Kilic. Last night, after the dinner with Cemalettin Hasimi, Prime Minister's advisor, certificates were given to all participants.
