IUS Staff and students at the 2nd Conference on the potentials of the development of the software industry in BiH

In order to present the results achieved and for the purpose of strengthening the software industry in BiH, Bit Alliance, in cooperation with the Ministry of Communications and Transport of BiH, organized 2nd Conference on the potentials of the development of the software industry in BiH. The conference held on May 10, 2018, in the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.
At the invitation of the organizers IUS Staff Prof. Kanita Karadjuzovic-Hadziabdic, Prof. Kenan Zekic, Sen. Assistant Emir Hambo, IUS Life /ELS Director Hilal Karic and Assist. Director Mirsada Mehremic were the guests of the conference.
The conference was opened by Ismir Jusko, Minister of Communications and Transport of BiH and HE Maureen Cormack, Ambassador USA in BiH. IUS lecturer Dr. Shadi Matar was a participant in the panel entitled "Reform of Education and 4th Industrial revolution."
It has been stressed once again that a close connection between relevant state institutions, higher education institutions, and IT companies is mandatory in order to educate  IT professionals and respond to the needs of this industry.
IUS CS/SE and VACD students; Nedim Karakas, Benjamin Fajic, Mirza Jasarspahic, Ahmed Hodzic, Enisa Zatega, Zehra Saric and Amina Tucakovic, participated in the work of the conference and presented our university in the best way.
