IUS signed 5 new Erasmus+ agreements

International University of Sarajevo (IUS) continues its efforts in creating a network of cooperation with other reputable universities in order to sustain its international image. Namely, at the beginning of 2016, IUS has signed 5 new Erasmus+ bilateral agreements with the following universities:

  1. Riga Technical University, Latvia, 
  2. University of Ljubljana, Slovenia,
  3. Istanbul Şehir University, Turkey
  4. Ankara University, Turkey
  5. Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakif University, Turkey

By signing these bilateral agreements, IUS gained rights to mobility of students as well as academic and administrative staff working in different scientific areas. For the first time in the history of the University, the mobility of administrative staff and their professional development is provided. All interested students and employees of the IUS can submit their applications to the International Relations Office of the IUS and get detailed information about the exchange. Also, all those who are interested in the Erasmus+ exchange in the next academic year at the university ''Alexandru Ioan Cuza'' in Romania, their applications can be sent to https://erasmusplus.uaic.ro/.

Candidates are required to submit the same application to the International Relations Office of the IUS where they can also get more detailed information about the process. The Call is opened for students of the first and second cycle of studies at IUS and academic staff in the field of economics, management and computer science. Students of the first and second cycle of studies are enabled the stay at the university ''Alexandru Ioan Cuza'' for a period of 5 months, with instructional classes in English language. For academic staff, exchange period lasts five working days. The scholarship for students is 750 EUR per month, and for academic staff 140 EUR per day.
