IUS Professor awarded with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Global Health Travel Award

Prof. Dr. Sabina Semiz, Associate Professor at the Genetics and Bioengineering Program at International University of Sarajevo, has just received the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Global Health Travel Award.  Prof. Semiz is invited to present at the Diabetes Keystone Symposium to be held at the Keystone Resort, Keystone, Colorado, USA on January 22 - 26, 2017.

Keystone Symposia has been conducting successful meetings on molecular and cellular biology for more than 40 years. Global Health Travel Awards enable attendance of scientists, physicians, fellows or students from countries where the meeting topic health problems are endemic. Their mission is to advance the life sciences and accelerate discoveries that benefit society, and to add to the diversity of experiences represented by scientists from different countries all around the world. Prof. Dr Semiz will represent International University of Sarajevo and Bosnia and Herzegovina at this prestigious meeting.
