The INTERVET WB Project Officially Launched

INTERVET The WB pilot project for the Western Balkan countries, coordinated by Uniser, Italy, was officially launched on 24 and 25 March 2020.

Due to the new situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemia, the start of the project was formalized by an online meeting and presentations of partner institutions.

The main objective of this exceptional project is to create learning mobility opportunities in training centers and vocational schools of the Western Balkan countries in order to improve student employability after graduation. The project also envisages the training and mobility of teachers and instructors, as well as the exchange of knowledge and experience with colleagues from the region and from EU Member States.

The consortium includes 14 partners: MCAST-Malta, SEPR-France, Da Vinci College-Netherlands, Incoma-Spain MODE-Poland, ZNI - Institute for the New Age Education - Slovenia, EfVET-Belgium, Serbian Chamber of Commerce, Montenegrin Chamber of Commerce, IUS Life - Center for Lifelong Learning - Bosnia and Herzegovina, Pristina REA-Kosovo, NCDIEL-Northern Macedonia and AlbanianSkills-Albania.

During the two-day meeting, the project implementation plan was drawn up.

A public call for applications for students and teachers to participate in this project will be announced when the situation permits.

Applications will be made available through the INTERVET WB official site, and the selection of candidates will be made by the Uniser project leader, Italy.
