During the meeting of IUS and Zielona Góra representatives, the possibility of extending the existing Erasmus+ cooperation between these two universities was considered. Cooperation mainly refers to the field of English language and literature. It was also concluded that it would be good to include students of the third cycle to exchange program.

Within the mentioned cooperation, IUS has managed to achieve a grant which allowed 4 students from ELIT program to study at this Polish university in the next semester. Also, ELS Deputy Director Zühal Güvener  had an opportunity to participate in this exchange at the end of September.

"In Zielona Gora, I have not only learned a great deal in terms of mobility agreements and the processes through which they work, but also had the chance to build bridges for further cooperation between our two universities. Thanks to the efforts of Ms. Agnieska Mozejko, the Erasmus programs coordinator for the University of Zielona Gora and Prof. Dr. Marek Smoluk, I am sure the cooperation between IUS and UZ will go from strength to strength. It was a pleasure to be a part of such an experience,” said Zühal Güvener.
