Earlier this month during the meeting between academic staff of Visual Arts and Communication Design Program and Center for Balkan and Middle Eastern Studies representatives, agreement of mutual cooperation was achieved. Center for Balkan and Middle Eastern Studies also achieved agreements of cooperation with EMSA and IUS performance club.
Due to these agreements, it was concluded that IUS clubs and VACD students will participate at the opening of Palestinian Days of Culture.
At the Opening Ceremony, members of EMSA club under the guidance of Amina Krdžalić performed nasheeds that touched the hearts and provoked the emotions in the audience. Under the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Meliha Teparić artistic expression and acting skills were shown in the performance by VACD student Sara Tayyip and members of IUS Performance club president Mirza Rastoder and club members Emina Bašić and Emina Grabovica. Their performance showed situation of the Palestinian people in chains with endless desire for freedom.
