International University of Sarajevo the Chairman of the Broad of Trustees Prof. Dr. Hasan Zuhuri Sarıkaya, the Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldırım and the Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Metin Toprak paid a courtesy visit to the President of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) Prof. Dr. Yekta Saraç.
IUS Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldırım informed Mr. Saraç who welcomed the delegation in his office about the future projects of the university, also he extended his thanks for their support and interest in the university. In the meeting where the topics related to IUS and future plans were discussed, it was considered to have some joint programs, and joint or double diploma. In this context, it was stated that the first step was taken by signing a cooperation protocol with the Istanbul Health Sciences University.
The President of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) Prof. Dr. Yekta Saraç emphasized that he was glad to meet with the Rector and his delegation. In addition, he said that he follows events in which the university takes place. The delegation of university left from Mr. Saraç’s office after sharing tokens of appreciation.
