IUS STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) is a summer school that was created and organized by IUS Faculty of Natural and Technical Sciences with the help of volunteer students and university staff.

STEM CAMP is a gathering of an international character and has attracted high school students and students from our country, Serbia, Montenegro, Malaysia, and Egypt.

The objectives of this seven-day summer school are the promotion of technical and natural sciences, mathematics and information technologies among high school and student youth and the convergence of these scientific disciplines through innovation and entertainment.

The classes were conducted in English and the participants were divided into three groups; Molecular Cloning, 3D Design and Printing, and Life of Brian.

In addition to courses in these areas, participants also attended interactive lectures; Fun with Algorithms, Computer Simulations, Digital Architecture and a lecture on the stećci and cultural and historical heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina held at the National Museum of BiH.

After the lecture, the participants had time to socialize and join in cultural and sports activity.

Members of the archery club Vekkas presented this ancient Olympic discipline and organized training for participants who for the first time wanted to try out this sport.

A joint exit to Cinema City, a ride by the Trebević cable car and the final STEM Quest challenge were also the contents of this valuable educational project.

IUS STEM CAMP was organized with the support of sponsors; Quick Smile, Doric Lenses, Sofray Solutions, Micom, SPARK Business Park doo, and we thank them on this occasion.
