The awarding Ceremony of the certificates for participants of the 4th cycle program "Moja praksa" was held at the International University of Sarajevo on Tuesday, February 9, 2016. This event was organized and implemented by IUS with support of the USAID for a project titled “Partnership for Innovation”. Through this program, students had the opportunity to acquire practical knowledge on real projects, under supervision of engineers from local companies in the information and communication sector. The goal of the program was to enable the improvement of practical knowledge and experiences in the application of advanced technologies for young unemployed people, in order to better prepare them for the labor market.
52 students successfully completed the fourth cycle of three-month program held at the International University of Sarajevo, the Authority Partners Adeda Solutions, Atlant, ComTrade, Greenriver, Media, INFOSTUDIO, KingICT, OliveBH, Ping, Klika, 2andThree, IMTEC, ALEM systems , Idego, Raiffeisen bank, BIT Alliance and local companies in the IT sector. This program is one in a series of programs in which IUS is participating with its teachers as a partner in the USAID project "Parthership for Innovation".
Participants in “My practice” program come from different faculties in Sarajevo and universities such as the IUS, UNSA, Univerzitet Istočno Sarajevo, University of Mostar, SSST. The best thing is that "A significant number of students already started working as a result of this training. We look forward to future activities and contribution to the development of the IT industry in Bosnia and Herzegovina, "said Assist. Prof. Dr. Jasminka Hasić Telalović.
