Ambassador Talk about Romania

IUS International Relations Office (IRO) organized 11th ''Ambassador Talk'' session on Wednesday, April 22, 2015. The guest lecturer was Ambassador of Romania to Bosnia and Herzegovina, HE Filip Teoderescu. Ambassador Teodorescu gave a lecture entitled “Priorities of the foreign policy of Romania in Western Balkans” and spoke about the importance of the EU accession process for all Western Balkan countries. He also talked about the significance of Romania and its association with international organizations especially during the recent conflict in Ukraine, considering that Romania is part of the NATO.

The lecture attracted many professors, and students who study international relations or political science at IUS. "The process of integration is a long and complex process for any country. To do this, a lot of courage is required, but in the end it provides many advantages. We believe that the EU accession process will lead Bosnia and Herzegovina to prosperity and integrity in the future"- said Ambassador Teodorescu and emphasized its further importance for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
