The Panel discussion titled 'Youth Ambassador Reconciliation Event' was held at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) on Wednesday, October 22nd, 2014. This event was organized and implemented by IUS student, Enna Zone Đonlić, who is also the Youth Reconciliation Ambassador at this project. Eminent speakers at this event were:
- Thomas Busch (Head of the Political Office, EU Delegation to BiH)
- HE Edward Ferguson (British Ambassador to BiH)
- HE Ivan Del Vechio (Ambassador of Republic of Croatia to BiH)
- HE Stanimir Vukićević (Ambassador of Republic of Serbia to BiH)
During the event, Ambassadors discussed the importance of integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the European Union. They also discussed the political and economic situation in the country including all EU integration challenges faced by B&H. Ambassadors from Serbia and Croatia also shared with IUS audience the EU integration experience of their countries. All speakers stressed that the European integration is strategic process, and noted that the EU will continue to support all countries in the region to integrate to the EU family.
